We all are braving a rare and deadly pandemic and I wish good health and serenity to all of you.
The world is full of challenges and life is not a bed of roses, and we have to move on with caution to achieve what we have been assigned by the almighty.
Even during the Covid 19 pandemic regular online classes are being conducted in full swing to enable the smooth running of the teaching - learning process.
Innovative methods, videos, interactive online sessions and quizzes form an integral part of the online teaching to make it more interesting and appealing to the students.
A Colvin Blog too has been added to our website which will be handled by our students under the guidance of the staff featuring articles,videos and photos from students, staff, and the college Alumni.
Education is believed to bring about a wholesome development in a child's personality . Various online activities and competitions like Elocutions, quizzes, creative writing, painting, drawing, model making and many more keep our students active and throughly involved. This gives them a feeling of responsibility and motivates them to pursue their hobbies.
I hold the view that youth are not merely participants but changemakers that hold the key to building peace, integrity and a sense of responsibility towards the entire world and would later pass on this key to their coming generations.
Furthermore, the nation demands their participation to achieve the goals and help in taking the country at a higher level in all fields whether social, economic or cultural.
The contribution of the youth in building of a healthy, clean and conscious society is immense. That is why it is essential to keep guiding the youth on the proper path of self control, self reliance and self discipline.
Values inculcated in these young minds and bodies will go a far way in building of a self reliant and self disciplined nation.We pray for the safety and good health of all Colvinians.
